As we enter spring, a beautiful time to renew our hips through moving and celebrate blooming visions! We’ll gather in the evening to shake off the day and melt into night time together in the park.
Outside along with Nature, we will go deeper into integrating rituals that rejuvenate us through the spring. We will be in the park, so it’s an invitation to celebrate and shake off the shame in moving hips in public.
It will be a collective sharing & circulating of knowledge around unlocking and tending to our hips… And of course we will shake that thang everytime.
