This three day workshop offers a deep dive into Klein Technique™ and its effectiveness finding greater potential in the moving body.

Klein Technique™ is a somatic practice founded by Susan Klein. It works to re-educate the body by utilizing the forces of gravity to leverage off the earth to create powerful and efficient movement. Stretch and Placement class focuses on letting go of the superficial muscles in order to connect the bones into the floor accessing greater efficiency, power and articulation.  Although Klein Technique™ was developed by a dancer for dancers, it is a technique that works for everybody, from the virtuosic dancer to the non-dancer. When the bones are aligned we become connected, we become powerful and we become strong. The body becomes efficient and alive, and injuries often heal.
