It is intended for artists, small business owners, and individuals looking to strengthen their fiscal skills. Hope Hood is a Pieter board member and the Controller of an arts and entertainment accounting firm. She is preparing to sit for the Certified Public Accountant Exam. Hope is familiar with financial and managerial accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and business management in the live entertainment sector. Hope believes improving financial literacy is directly correlated with empowerment and an increased sense of confidence.
