Time to open a can of WHOOPASS and unleash your beast! This program is designed to build survival strength. Using calisthenics, free weights, and conditioning drills, HyperBody will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility, and endurance. Fun obstacle courses and games, sound effects and bangin’ remixes of your favorite 80s and 90s workout songs! Leave feeling packed with energy, confident, and ready to take on any challenge.
All levels welcome. Varations will be offered to accommodate your fitness level.
