We offer a limited number of Gratis Special Event Rentals each month for events/fundraisers that benefit and are led by Black, Indigenous, POC, SWANA, LGBTQIA+ or Disabled community members or by organizations that are doing community based activism for these groups.  

These rentals can only be booked within the next 90 days and you must attend a New Renter Orientation prior to your event. We will decide which events are approved on a first come, first served basis.

• Decisions will be made within a week of receiving your form, so please ensure your requests are for dates at least 2 weeks out. 

• If your event is accepted as a Gratis Special Event Rental, Pieter will require that the Pieter logo be included on any assets created to promote your event and that Pieter Performance Space is named as the host venue for your event. This includes but is not limited to:

• adding us as collaborators on social media outlet posts

• naming us on flyers

• naming us in event descriptions
