We are so excited to welcome our 2026 LA Arts & Culture 2026 Intern Ayanna to the team!

Ayanna Muhammad (she/her) is currently pursuing a degree in psychology. She has experience in customer service, social media, event planning, and doing meaningful work in nonprofits such as Project Q. Ayanna is passionate about advocating for mental health, youth homelessness, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled individuals, and other marginalized groups. 

She has utilized her creativity to support her community by participating in Rainbow Rising: Project Q’s Youth Advisory Board, as well as by developing resources such as a workshop on burnout prevention, and a housing resource list for youth in Los Angeles. Ayanna is looking forward to applying her skills and creativity to Pieter’s mission.
