Description:
This all-levels floor work class is a space of empowerment and expression, created especially for QPOC and sex workers to move, play, and take up space unapologetically. Whether you’re into pole, burlesque, Vogue, or just starting to explore your movement style, this class is designed to help you feel strong, sensual, and in control on the floor.
What to expect/what to bring:
Bring a towel, a bottle for water & knee pads (if you have them!)
Heels are not required but are recommended!
Facilitator bio:
Becky Peach (she/they) is a dynamic performer known for commanding the stage with fierce energy, blending drag, pole, and vogue into a powerful, unforgettable presence. Featured on Season 2 of HBO Max’s Legendary, they showcase a signature style rooted in fluidity, strength, and bold character. With deep roots in BIPOC and queer performance spaces, Becky’s work uplifts community while pushing the boundaries of movement and self-expression.
Accessibility note: The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up from the entrance. Elevator access is available; please email pieterrentals@gmail.com prior to the event if you will need to use it. The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor space is free of any steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building.
There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users.
Parking: Free parking is available directly behind our building at 2412 Workman Street. There is an additional city lot south of Broadway on Workman Street. There is also ample metered parking in the neighborhood.
