Hot Bodies is a 90 minute somatic movement class for queer folks who are longing to move, feel, embody liberation, and be together beyond enduring, performance, compliance and productivity.
This gathering invites you to soften your mind, listen to your body’s impulses, and reconnect with the erotic intelligence that lives within your tissues.
We’ll explore what it feels like to be hot with aliveness, bodies in our truth, and deeply queer in community.

What to expect/what to bring:
Doors Open - 1:15PM and will be locked at 1:30PM to respect the container of the workshop.
Che Che will offer movement prompts while you follow what your body wants to do. It’s guided but not choreographed, structured but spacious, with no pressure to look a certain way or get it “right.” No dance experience required, only curiosity and an openness to try new things.
Water is provided on site, but please bring your own bottle!
While there are a limited number of mats available at Pieter, attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing!
While this is not a masked event, masks will be available to you upon arrival or you can bring your own!
Facilitator bio:
Che Che Luna (they/them) is a eco-erotic artmaker, somatic movement facilitator and sex educator dedicated to collaborative liberatory praxis.
Their lens as a queer, trans, Autistic, kinky, polyamorous Chicanx informs their multidisciplinary creations. It is their honor and life’s work to support queer community in reclaiming the body as a source of pleasure, elemental wisdom, expansion, transformation, erotic aliveness, autonomy, interconnectedness, and love.
Luna evokes permission for others to live into their truth, heal from systemic oppression, embody their desires, and find their own access points into the sensual body and the collective interdependent body of the more-than-human world.
Accessibility note:
The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up from the entrance. Elevator access is available; please email pieterrentals@gmail.com prior to the event if you will need to use it.
The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor space is free of any steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building. If you will need the elevator, please email pieterrentals@gmail.com after you register!
There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users.
Parking:
Paid parking is available directly behind our building at 2412 Workman Street. There is an additional city lot south of Broadway on Workman Street. There is also ample metered parking in the neighborhood.
