Cost: Sliding scale, $7-$15
Description: Class will consist of a slow and steady improvisational warm-up along with guided movement research. Class will be focused around listening & trust surrounding choice-making.Trusting the choices our minds and bodies create spontaneously and without judgement.
This class is for both movers and experienced dancers.

Facilitator Bio:
Originally from Raleigh, NC, Jane Zogbi (she/they) is now a multi-disciplinary Los Angeles based performance artist. A Point Park University graduate, Jane holds a BA in dance with a minor in musical theatre. Finding throughline between different genres of expression has led Jane to collaborate with various artists such as Christopher & Charlotte D'amboise, Terrence Mann, Lillian Barbeito, Tina Finkelman Berkett, Tyce Diorio, Jae Man Joo, Sidra Bell, Jim Cooney, Michael Rupert, Anouk Van Dijk, John Carrafa, Mike Tyus, Luca Renzi, Laurie Sefton and MashUp Contemporary Dance.
Accessibility Note: The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up from the entrance. Elevator access is available; please email pieterpasd@gmail.com prior to event if you will be using it. The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor space is free of any steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building.
There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users.
Free parking is available directly behind our building at 2412 Workman Street. There are two additional free city lots south of Broadway on Workman Street. There is also ample metered parking in the neighborhood.
