    Community Solidarity Rate: $41 per hour.

    Community Sustaining Rate: $26 per hour.

    This reflects the minimum hourly cost of sustaining our space and keeping Pieter affordable. 

    Community Subsidized Rate: $21 per hour.

    This rate is reserved for QTBIPOC and folks facing housing insecurity, disability, unemployment, and/or barriers to intergenerational wealth. Made possible by the Solidarity Rate above.

Some things to consider when choosing your rate:

Individuals:

  • Do I benefit from intergenerational wealth?

  • What is my citizenship status?

  • Am I housing secure?

Organizations:

  • What is my organizational budget size?

  • Does my organization benefit from proximity to wealth?

Does your capacity to support Pieter fall between rental tiers? Are you able to pay $30 an hour, but not $46? Send additional funds as a tax-deductible donation to Pieter!

Note: You may reserve recurring bookings up to 90 days in advance if you are able to pay in full at time of booking.

If you need to request a payment schedule for recurring bookings, please email us after submitting your rental inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please submit separate Rental Inquiry Forms for bookings that fall into separate rental tiers.
