Drop in with us on Mondays between 11am-2pm for open studio space and unstructured time to share space together, dance, chat, socialize and see what happens!
No RSVP Required for Open Studio and drop-ins are very welcome!
Cost: In order to keep our Open Studio accessible and to support Pieter in offering this platform, we are inviting the community to contribute! Please consider a $5/person donation when you attend Open Studio. Donations of any amount are welcome! You are also welcome to contribute when you arrive via Venmo or PayPal!

OPEN STUDIO REMINDERS:
• New Renter Orientations will be in session in the same space as Open Studio. Please be mindful of your volume. Refrain from loud vocalizing or instrumentation and bring headphones/airpods for your own music. No playing music from your phone or external speakers.
• Open Studio is a shared community space; we ask you to be respectful of reasonable adjustments and requests from your fellow attendees.
• This is not a space to host or lead a class. We welcome very small groups in the space but please - be mindful of the space you take up.
• Dispose of all trash and remember to take your items with you when you leave! Lost and Found is located in the hallway just outside of the studio doors.
• Please leave the space better than you found it!

Here, you’ll learn about accessing where supplies are located, and what is expected of you as a renter at Pieter!
Please note: attending a New Renter Orientation is required before you can rent at Pieter and all attendees must RSVP - sorry, no drop ins!
Orientations start at the top of the hour (please arrive on time - arriving more than 10 minutes late means you’ll need to reschedule your orientation!) and should take just under an hour!

**RSVP is required and closes 24 hours before the above date and time.
Accessibility note: The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up from the entrance. Elevator access is available; please email pieterrentals@gmail.com at least 6 hours before open studio if you will need to use it. The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor space is free of any steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building.
There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users.
Parking: Parking is available directly behind our building at 2412 Workman Street. There are two additional city lots south of Broadway on Workman Street.
