Special Event Booking Process & Pricing

THE BOOKING PROCESS

  • Fill out the Special Event Inquiry Form to send us all of the necessary information regarding your event.

  • Once we have all of your information, we’ll put together a Special Event Rental quote for you to review & approve.

  • Once the rental quote has been review and approved, we will send you a Special Event Agreement to review & sign. This agreement will include:

    • Invoice/payment links for the non-refundable deposit and the balance of your rental

    • A link to upload your required event insurance

    • A link to a copy of our W-9, should you need it.

  • A non-refundable deposit (25% of your rental fee) will be due two weeks after your agreement is sent to you.

    This deposit is to be paid via the link in your agreement.

  • Once your signed agreement and non-refundable deposit have been received, we will book your rental appointment, after which you will receive a confirmation email.

  • The balance of your Special Event rental booking will be due two weeks before the start of your event.

  • You will need to acquire Special Event Insurance before the start of your event. You will be able to upload a copy of your insurance via a link in the Special Event Rental Agreement.

  • All renters at Pieter Performance Space are required to attend one in-person New Renter Orientation prior to renting the space. You can do this at any point during the rental process, but this must be completed before the start of your event.

    *Please note: you must RSVP for an orientation and RSVP must be at least 24 hours before your desired date & time; all attendees - even those on the same event team - should RSVP via the above link.

RATES & PRICING

  • $120-$150/hr

    Pricing is dependent on your event type & the impact on the space.

    * Active Community Renter Special Event Rental Rate: $100/hr

    * Pieter Aligned Access Program Member Special Event Rental Rate: $85/hr

  • Payments are processed through Square, which comes with a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 for each transaction.

  • Bookings of 3 or more dates booked at the same time will receive 10% off of the hourly rental rate.

  • $75/night

    For multi-day events that happen on consecutive days only and only when available.

  • $20/hr

    We offer “Green Room” space in the Pieter office. This space is intended for prep, changing or storing items during your Special Event rental.

  • $100-$200

    Pricing is dependent on event type & the impact on the space.

    Renting multiple dates at the same time allows for a cleaning fee discount. (Example: For every 3 rental dates, you will only pay one rental fee.)

  • Microphone: $10, flat rate per day

    Mic Stand: $10, flat rate per day

    Projector: $100, flat rate per day (subject to replacement fee if returned damaged)

  • $75-$100

    Need things removed from our studio before your Special Event? Let us know!

    *Please note: this option may not always be available due to other renters that may be using the space before or after your event time that require Pieter studio props.

    Pricing is dependent on the amount of items you require to be removed from the studio prior to your event.
